Welcome to the official website of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Section on Public Interest and Development Law (SPIDEL). The Section is currently led by its duly elected officers for the 2025–2027 administration, following elections held at the NBA-SPIDEL Annual Conference and Annual General Meeting in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The Chair of the Section is Associate Professor Uju Agomoh, PhD, with Paul Daudu, SAN, serving as Vice Chair, and Enome J. Amatey, Esq, as Secretary, alongside other elected members of the Executive Committee and Council.
